Review: Supergirl and the Legion of Super-Heroes #18

My copy, autographed by Waid and Kitson, Baltimore 2007

Head to the Legion of Super-Bloggers to read my review of Supergirl and the Legion of Super-Heroes #18!

Things are heating up in the universe.
Robots are rebelling!
Brainy is descending into madness!
Projectra is broke!

And Supergirl continues to amaze and confuse the Legion ....

Even if they keep trying to impress her!

Thanks for the review as always, Anj. Definately helped explain some points
I didn't catch or didn't understand as I don't have your depth of history
and background on this title :)

I still smile at Cosmic Boy's comment "[S]he doesn't have a malevolent bone
in her body," and in the context of what was happening to Supergirl in her
own title at this time, makes me root for Mark Waid more! THIS is our
Supergirl! The battle with the Science Police, Supergirl as the 800lb
Kryptonian gorilla in the room, and the SciPo griping about being "the
cleanup crew again" were cherries, whipped cream, and icing on the cake!

Looking forward to your continued review of this!

Mark Waid is "One of Us" like Sterling Gates he is that exclusive club of writer's that just "Get Kara". I can pay him no higher compliment...he also did her proud in an "Brave and the Bold" team up with Green Lantern. Waid just knows how Supergirl "sounds"...
