Comic Book Resources posted their extended coverage of the Smallville panel at San Diego Comicon.

Not one mention of Kara.
NOT .... ONE.
Just about everything else was discussed.
Looks like the grass roots movement of Kara fans flooding the panel failed.
(sigh)
Guess we can only hope now.

Oh well, Smallville mostly sucks anyway.

I know. The best laid plans of mice and men ...
I only watched last season for Kara. Guess I can remove it from my DVR schedule.
I don't regret one thing I called for in the lead up to said panel. The questions weren't asked and no one spoke up, but even if I knew that in advance I'd still raise the issue vehemently on line and elsewhere.
We must always speak up in defense of our favorites especially when we feel they have been dealt with dishonestly by TPTB.
Yeah I'll be dropping Smallville as well, it was a very poorly written show enlivened only by Ms. Vandervoort's smile and obvious energy.
I wish her well in all she does, meanwhile I get my Thursday night back to go to the gym...

I agree that the blogs and message boards carry some power and I am glad we at least tried to rally the troops.
At least the message was heard on the boards! Hopefully someone in TPTB at Smallville will read and contemplate.
One of the great regrets of my comic-book fanlife was that I did not speak up when the original Kara was offed in 1985.
Now today they will never shut me up!
