Comics Should Be Good at Comic Book Resources does a recurring post called 'The Line is Drawn' where they do mock-ups of comic covers with clever themes. The mock-ups are based on suggestions from readers. Here is their latest - iconic comic covers starring different characters:

The chose my recommendation of "the Current Supergirl hugging the gravestone of Crisis Supergirl, like Daredevil hugging the Elektra grave." This isn't how I imagined it in my head, but I think this is pretty funny! This was done by Axel Medellin. Great stuff!
